Refund policy
At ULA, your satisfaction is our top priority. Each of our scarves is crafted to bring you confidence and joy, and we stand by the quality of every piece.
If your order arrives with a defect or you receive an incorrect item, we’ll gladly offer an exchange or refund within 24 hours of delivery — provided the product is in its original condition, unused, and with tags intact.
For exchanges or returns requested due to personal preference, the product must remain new, unworn, and unwashed. In such cases, return shipping fees will be the customer’s responsibility, separate from the original delivery charge. For refunds, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Exchanges for sale items are accepted within 24 hours of receiving your order, subject to availability.

Items purchased at pop-up events or bazaars can only be exchanged or refunded through our on-site team, not via online channels.
To initiate a return or exchange, kindly contact us via Instagram or Facebook messages (@theulaxofficial) with your order details. Our team will guide you through the process and coordinate with the shipping partner.
ULA reserves the right to decline a refund or exchange for any item showing visible signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
