Every ULA scarf is designed to feel special — from the first unboxing to every wear that follows. With the right care, your scarf will stay soft, vibrant, and elegant for years.
Whether you’ve chosen Modal Satin or Chiffon, this simple guide will help you maintain the fabric’s beauty, drape, and print.
Washing & Drying
Hand wash your scarf separately in cold water using a mild detergent. Gently swirl the fabric — avoid rubbing, wringing, or twisting.
Rinse thoroughly and air dry in the shade. Lay flat on a clean towel or hang to dry naturally. Avoid direct sunlight, as prolonged exposure may fade prints over time.
Do not tumble dry.
Steaming & Ironing
Steaming is the preferred method for removing creases.
A garment steamer gently relaxes folds without stressing the fabric. Hold the steamer a few centimeters away and allow the steam to smooth the scarf naturally.
If using an iron:
-
Use medium heat only
-
Iron on the reverse side
-
For Chiffon, place a thin cotton cloth between iron and fabric
-
Avoid direct high heat on prints
Storing & Everyday Care
Fold neatly or roll loosely when storing. Keep scarves away from sharp accessories to prevent snags. Avoid hanging for long periods to maintain shape.
For daily wear:
-
Keep perfumes and sprays away from the fabric
-
Remove jewelry before adjusting your scarf
-
Spot clean small marks immediately with cold water
Why Care Matters
